Exciting New Member-Only Events for 2025!
As we move closer to the summer season, we’re excited to unveil two brand-new member-only events for 2025. These events are designed to bring our community together, foster camaraderie, and add an extra layer of competition and fun to your golf season. Whether you enjoy the thrill of team-based competition or want to showcase your club to a friend, these events will be the highlight of the year!
The IGC Cup – A New Tradition Begins!
We’re excited to launch the IGC Cup, inspired by the prestigious Ryder and Solheim Cups. This event will feature team-based match play, pitting members against each other in a spirited competition that emphasizes strategy, skill, and teamwork.
Who Can Participate?
We invite men, women, and senior members from all adult membership categories to express their interest in participating. While active shareholders will receive priority, our goal is to create a diverse and competitive event.
Team breakdown:
- 16 Players on each team including playing captains
- 7 Men, 4 Women, 5 Senior Men (60+ years of age)
Dates
- Friday, June 27, 2025 – 6 pm – Kickoff party where uniforms will be handed out and Round 1 matchups will be announced.
- Saturday, June 28, 2025 – Round 1 – tee times from 9 am-10 am
- Sunday, June 29, 2025 – Round 2 – tee times from 9 am-10 am
Format:
- Round 1 – Front 9: Scramble, Back 9: Alternate shot
- Round 2 – Front 9: 2-person best-ball, Back 9: Individual match play
Entry Fee:
- $150/player
- Includes 2 team shirts, a team hat, 2 rounds of golf, a power cart, a meal following each round, and unlimited fun!
Entry Requirements
- Member’s only event with priority given to Shareholders.
- Golf Canada Handicap Required*
This is a Ryder Cup-style team event. The first Shareholders in the appropriate categories (men, ladies, seniors) shall be given the first right of refusal to playing. Should we not receive enough interest from Shareholders to fill the event we will then add active members to fill each category and selection will be based on who registered first.
Men will play the blue tees, Senior men will play the white tees, and Women will play the yellow tees. **Please Select 1 division**

The Member-Guest – Showcase Your Club in Style!
One of the most popular traditions at golf clubs across the country, the Member-Guest event is your chance to invite a friend, family member, or colleague for a day of great golf and camaraderie at YOUR club.
This premier event is open to both men and women and comes packed with exciting perks:

Format:
- 2-Person best-net Stableford (play your own ball)
Entry Fee:
- $200/team (Must be a member to register)
- Includes: 1st tee gift, tournament entry with power cart, team gross and net prizes, draw prizes and dinner to follow
